1. Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. TShirtsBuddy is not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

2. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized or sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. Please contact us promptly if you receive a damaged product.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed due to the production process.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

TshirtsBuddy is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
